Ask for roses which have been shipped in date coded boxes to ensure you are buying the freshest product. Florists should use a “low velocity” or “gravity coil” type refrigeration unit and rose should be stored at 2 to 3 degrees Celsius with a humidity level of 90%. Maintaining proper temperatures and humidity in your cooler is also critical to extending vase life of your roses. In other words, proper treatment of your roses makes them perform better and last longer!
